Characteristics of MDI raw materials

2.Fast reaction rate
With high NCO content and catalyst intervention, the reaction rate of MDI feedstock is 1-2 times faster than that of TDI series feedstock.
3.Environmental protection
The vapor pressure of MDI is much lower than that of TDI, and it has aromatic odor and little toxicity in the production process, so MDI is a new material that meets the needs of environmental protection
4.Low application temperature of materials
Because of the high activity of MDI, the application temperature of MDI raw materials is much lower than that of TDI series raw materials in order to prevent the degradation of physical properties of final products caused by self-polymerization of raw material.
5. Because of the high resilience and flexibility, MDI series products are much better than TDI series products in the application effect of sieve plate. The improvement of elasticity is helpful to improve the impact wear resistance and self-cleaning effect of products.
